Can this house be permitted in Hawaii?
We are currently in the application process for pre-approval of this home.
What is the exterior coating of the building?
Not cheap paint. Powder-coated galvanized steel.
Are these buildings insulated?
Yes, walls, floor, and ceiling are insulated to R-22.75 minimum using 3.5#/cf density expanded polyurethane foam.
What is involved in assembly?
Your chosen foundation must be installed before delivery. The homes are unfolded and sealed, which can be completed by 3–4 people within eight hours.
What does the unit weigh?
Our standard Flip home weighs approximately 13,000 pounds using high-strength steel systems for durability and structural integrity.
Is financing available?
Not at this time.
Is delivery to my site included?
Pricing includes delivery to the nearest port. Local delivery costs vary depending on distance and site conditions.
Disaster Pricing?
We did not raise our prices after the Lahaina Fire Disaster. Any increases are related only to shipping costs and government import tariffs.
Is there a catchment system?
No, catchment and septic systems must be added separately on-site.
